What is the best place to sit at the Medora Musical?

The best seats, in my humble opinion, are the top row of the lower level. You can see the entire stage, get a great view of the badlands behind the amphitheater and are reasonably convenient to concessions, restrooms, and the exit (trust me - this matters at the end of the show in this arena).

Is Medora Musical worth?

The Medora Musical was good old-fashioned, clean fun. It was kind of a throwback to a simpler time and the entertainers seemed to put their all into it. Last but not least, the setting is absolutely incredible and it alone is worth the price of the ticket.

Do I need a reservation for Theodore Roosevelt National Park?

Cottonwood Campground lies inside the park, about 5 miles from Medora, ND. It is the South Unit's only campground. Half the sites are by reservation at recreation.gov while all remaining sites are first come, first served.

It has no services, and most visitors make it a quick stop. Visiting them all is manageable over two or three days.

Orchestra seats get you closest to the stage, but being in the mezzanine or balcony can give you a wider, fuller view of the stage from a little higher up, especially as compared to a section like the side orchestra, where you might be closer, but might not have a full view of one far side of the stage.

For music fans, looking for the best sound, the pit and orchestra seats are the best options, as the the sound can get a little bit dispersed in the mezzanine level.

The theatre is arranged with 14 rows in the orchestra section and 23 rows in the mezzanine. There is no balcony. For Wicked, the best seats are in the orchestra, close to the center aisle. Rows A through H in the orchestra section offer the best views of the stage.
