On December 22, 2021, the President signed Executive Order (E.O.) 14061 ( 86 FR 73601 ), which implemented pay adjustments for certain Federal civilian employees in January 2022. E.O. 14061 provides an overall average pay increase of 2.7 percent for the statutory pay systems.
