How many hours do beacon associates work?

Beacon associates with a minimum of 16 standard hours per week (32 hours per pay period) are eligible to enroll in the different Benefit options. The following dependents are eligible to be covered under any of the Beacon insurance plans, even if they have other coverage available to them.
