Will distance education credits be extended into the fall 2022 semester?
The Law School does NOT anticipate extending use of the ABA variance on distance education credits into the Fall 2022 semester. All courses NOT designated as " Distance Education " will be offered in a fully in-person format.
Will the Law School offer in-person courses in the 2022-23 academic year?
The Law School does NOT plan to offer in-person courses in a hybrid format during the 2022-2023 academic year unless circumstances develop to warrant a change. NOTE: No student shall enroll in distance education courses until that student has completed instruction in a minimum of 28 credit hours toward the J.D. degree.
