Will Call is distributed from designated windows at the Box Office which is at the main entrance to the facility. Patrons will be asked to present their picture ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. Patrons are not permitted to leave tickets at Will Call for another party - please plan accordingly.

Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion and all covered areas. All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the facility gates including the use of metal detectors. Patrons are permitted to bring outside food into the venue. Food must be in a gallon size plastic bag. Patrons are allowed to bring in one factory sealed bottle of water, up to one liter in volume (subject to artist approval). The following items are NOT permitted - Alcohol, drugs, fireworks, weapons of any type, signs or banners, coolers, glass containers, laser pointers, selfie sticks, animals (with the exception of service dogs), or backpacks. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Selfie sticks are not permitted in the venue. The following items MAY BE prohibited depending on the event, expected attendance or artist request: Small lawn chairs not exceeding 9" in height, blankets and umbrellas. When umbrellas are permitted they cannot be pointed. Specially designed lawn chairs are available for rent for a nominal fee.
