What is a WSCGA?
The Women's South Carolina Golf Association is a group of member clubs and e-clubs from a South Carolina club that utilized the GHIN handicap system. The WSCGA membership is composed of clubs representing every golf demographic including private, semi-private, public, municipal, military, resort, Type II (clubs whose members have an affiliation), Type III (clubs whose members do not have an affiliation) and e-clubs.
What is a WSCGA internship?
The WSCGA internship will give a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a career interest in the golf industry. The opportunity for career exploration and development, to learn new skills and bring new ideas and energy into the workplace, while developing talent.#N#3 Month Paid Salary Position#N#Start Date: Mid July#N#End Date: Mid October

2021 SC Women's Open Concert. Friday August 13, the South Carolina Women's Open will be hosting a FREE concert at Palmetto Citizens Amphitheater in Blythewood, SC; featuring Keith Burns.
Does South Carolina have a GHIN handicap?
Comprised of South Carolina golf clubs not utilizing the GHIN handicap system. Members of Affiliate Member associations are not eligible to compete in the WSCGA Major Championships or One Days.
Who is in 3rd place in Woodfin Ridge Golf Club?
FInishing in 3rd place is Mary Kathryn Talledo, from Woodfin Ridge Golf Club, who shot a 73 for a three day total of 219. Congratulations Sydney Roberts! Another perfect day on the course in Greenwood, SC at The Links at Stoney Point. A slight breeze and high of 81 made for the ultimate golf day.
Can a female golfer join a WSCGA?
Individual female golfers not associated with a Member Club are eligible for Individual membership in the WSCGA through an e-Club.

14 year old - Madison Messimer wins 2021 WSCGA Junior Girls State Championship Title. Madison Messimer from The Dunes Golf & Beach Club went into today's final round two shots of leader Sydney Roberts from Chesnee Country Club. Messimer came out of gate hot, birding her first two holes to catch Roberts early.
