The Bureau of Refuse continues to provide curbside collection of all types of municipal solid waste and recycling materials for the citizens of Waterbury and all municipal buildings. Since the delivery of the new green recycling carts and the launch of Waterbury’s enhanced recycling program in the Autumn of 2017, Waterbury residents have more than doubled their recycling!
