What is UCF’s orientation experience?

Orientation is required for all new UCF students. UCF’s Orientation experience provides information for all incoming students to be successful, both inside and outside of the classroom. As an admitted student for Summer or Fall 2022, you will be able to begin onboarding process/pre-orientation after paying your enrollment deposit.

What happens at orientation?

Over the two day Orientation, students work with advisors to plan out a class schedule, receive information on a variety of student services, explore ways to get involved with groups and events on campus, be introduced to academic policies and support services, and meet with new students (and make new friends!).

The Family & Guest Orientation allows you to learn about all that UCF has to offer and to ask questions of other families, current students, university staff, and administrators.
