I have been with this company for over a year now, already worked 2 different campaigns and let me tell ya ... I have never been more stressful working for this company than I have ever been in my life. Due to a high call volume for a certain campaign, the lunches are so short, it's ridiculous.
Helpful mentors and flexible hours
Good place to work for. They work with you schedule and have a lot of hours to choose from. Mentors are very helpful and everyone is usually nice and friendly.
Bad company who doesn't care about their employees. High turnover makes people's life miserable
They change your schedule around with just a days notice. And expect you to work with no days off because they are so disorganized they dont know where you are supposed to be or go. They don't care if you have kids or stuff to do. They expect you to drop everything for them. They'll fire you for whatever reason.
Great company to work for
Only thing I don’t like is they hardly ever approve your day off request. They are kinda unfair about giving employees time off when they request it ahead of time.
Amazing intercultural environment and wonderful work conditions and health care
Overall TP is one of the best companies to work in, especially if working for the first time. Employees are provided with very good working conditions, not to mention the amazing health insurance offered.
