Terrible experience, impossible to contact, no phone, no email answers. Registered with them a year and a half ago and didn't receive any mechanicals royalties (the only reason I chose them) from my song which has more than 100 million plays on multiple platforms. Big scam, never work with them !
No phone number and slow to reply to emails
First of all they don't have a phone number where you can contact them directly and they take much longer than they should to reply to emails. I had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau in order to get anything resolved.

I am a career songwriter and made the huge and expensive mistake of moving my publishing admin to Songtrust. I make around $1000 USD per quarter in songwriting publishing royalties, as was being collected by my previous publishing admin but Songtrust promised to offer a better deal so I switched to Songtrust. That was a mistake.
Avoid SongTrust
SongTrust advertises collection and direct deposit of your royalties as an independent artist. I have been with SongTrust since Sept '20 and am yet to receive a royalty payment. I am currently owed in excess of $1k USD, I have sent 15+ emails without resolution. SongTrust staff do not respond, I would not recommend this company.
