All participants must sign a VIP volunteer agreement in order to participate and/or camp at Rendezvous.
Can you use propane in Rendezvous 2021?
Due to ongoing extreme drought conditions in western North Dakota and elevated levels of fire danger only small self-contained gas or propane fires will be allowed for the 2021 Rendezvous camp. Any open flame, including, but not limited to, open fires using firewood, braziers and woodfire stoves are currently banned both outdoors and in campers' tents. Park staff will monitor drought and fire danger conditions and notify participants if these restrictions are lifted.

When is firewood hauling at Rendezvous?
FIREWOOD - The rendezvous work crew will be hauling in as much firewood as possible before July 8th. You are welcome to bring your own chainsaw to cut firewood (only dead trees in camp) during early set up days.
What time does the shooter's tent open?
Shooter's Tent hours MONDAY –THURS 8 AM to 1 PM, FRIDAY 9 – noon, but subject to change. We need a volunteer to run the Shooter's tent.
What happens to the winners of the Shooter's Tent?
Winners of daily events will be awarded cash prizes at the Shooter’s Tent.
When will the Wagon Team deliver ice?
Contact the wagon masters, Ken & Daphne Kuhlman, to arrange to haul a camp. Ice to be delivered through camp daily starting July 9th through Friday July 16th.
Can the Fort Shoot be achieved?
We have to compromise on things that we can and can't do with changing sites. So, the fort shoot cannot be achieved.
Can you get a refund for RMNR 2021?
REFUNDS: Since the RMNR 2021 rendezvous has been moved to new location, the RMNR 2021 pre-registration Rendezvous money can be refunded if you do not want to attend. If anyone wants a medallion (s), we will take the $10 per medallion out and send the medallion (s) with the refund.
