- The price tag on the privately-financed project has changed dramatically since the Timbers first announced the plan in April 2017. What was originally proposed as a $50 million project will ultimately cost Paulson closer to $70 million.
Layout
- The seating will be arranged in a stacked vertical configuration, inspired by venues such as Buenos Aires La Bombonera and Londons Shakespeares Globe. At the Design Advice hearing in May of 2017 four tiers of new seating were proposed. As approved, the stadium will have three new tiers, although the total increase in seated capacity will remain the same.
