What is the NPC?
The National Physique Committee is the premier amateur physique organization in the world. Since 1982, the top athletes in bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini and physique have started their careers in the NPC.

If you wish to order by mail-in, call the NPC national office at 412-276-5027. You may also purchase NPC cards at athlete check-in at most events (check the event info page for details).
Do NPC winners get paid?
Currently, there is no real cash-in hand prize money offered for NPC competitions.
How much does it cost to compete in NPC?
Your NPC card must be renewed every calendar year. The price usually increases every few years, but that's just the name of the game. So, if you compete in December, you will have to get a new card for the following year, even if your next show is in January. The current cost in 2022 is $135.
What is the difference between NPC and IFBB?
The NPC is the only amateur organization recognized by the IFBB Professional League. The IFBB Pro League is the professional league for bodybuilding athletes and the sanctioning body for the world's largest professional contests such as the Mr. Olympia, Arnold Sports Festival, and Legion Sports Fest.

How long is NPC card good for?
Compete in an NPC National Qualifier. This qualifies the competitor for competition on the NPC national level for a period of one (1) full calendar year after the year that the qualification took place. Example: If a competitor enters an NPC contest in October 2021, they are qualified through December 31, 2022.
How much is a NPC membership?
To become a member athlete have to register at the website www.npcworldwide-register.com and pay annually membership fee 50-100 USD. As a competitor you must present your membership confirmation at the contest using your smart phone or tablet. Memberships will be checked prior to entering check-in's at every contest.
