What training equipment will be used in 2022?
Athletes will be using power-based training for 2022. We recommend Wahoo Bike Computers and SRAM Quarq power meters. Athletes will also be using Whoop straps for recovery & sleep training.
How many hours of training do you need to be on the national team?
The training volume for National Team riders is between 8-14 hours per week .
