State fair organizers said closing the fair for an extra two days a week will help workers complete maintenance and stay updated on cleaning.

My final year in 4h will be my twelfth year participating! I am a member of the Franklin Straight Shooters Club. I have done cooking projects, sheep, and swine. I currently only do swine. I have enjoyed every minute and experience! I currently attend the University of Missouri in St. Louis and am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing!

Rebecca Edwards

Rebecca Edwards is the 19 year old daughter of Randy and Gina Edwards of Murrayville. She has been a member of the Lucky Four 4-H club for 11 years and has participated in some Federation activities. Through her years in 4-H she has taken part in many projects ranging from cattle and rabbit showing to cooking and clothing.

Terry Fernandes

My name is Terry Fernandes an I have been in 4h club; MJW for 8 years. My parents are Kevin and Jodie Fernandes of Murrayville,IL. During high-school, I have worked for Farm an Home an am now working for Logan Agri-Service in Winchester, IL. I started showing rabbits an have done some woodworking projects, an then decided to show pigs for 4h.

Paige Hadden

My name is Paige Hadden I am the 18-year-old daughter of Dale and Amy Hadden. I have been a member of the Agristars 4-H club for the past 11 years. I have exhibited beef, swine and sheep along with leadership, communications, crop productions and hay.

Ethan Hansell

Ethan is a 10 year member of the Rowdy Rascals and Agri Stars 4-H Clubs. He has served in a variety of offices and showed Belted Galloway Cattle and Horses in his 4-H career. Ethan graduated from Franklin High School in 2020. During his senior year he served as FFA President and Junior Class Prom Prince.
