When is Moon Tunes’ free summer concert series?
Moon Tunes announced on Facebook Saturday it is finalizing the details for this season’s free summer concert series. This year is Moon Tunes’ 10th anniversary. Terry Bauer, Executive Director of Downtown Mainstreet, stopped by to fill us in on what to expect for the 10th anniversary of Moon Tunes! Bring a chair or blanket, as there is limited seating at the bandshell.
What happens when the hat is passed at Moon Tunes?
Crowds at Moon Tunes are super-generous when the hat is passed! Donations over five years contributed $95,000 to the new bandshell and paid for the renovations of the north bathroom. Funds in Summer 2022 will be used to refurbish the south bathroom. Donations from the crowd in 2021raised more than $31,000!
