June 13 2021. On May 22nd, five Scouts brass alumni performed “You’ll Never Walk Alone” at the funeral of Connie Rae Ferris Bailey in Mazomanie, WI. Connie, a longtime Scouts Board member, served for many years and had two sons march in the corps.
