Can balance work and home much more than a regular W2 job. Remote work. Pay is okay but not so great if call volume is low or nonexistent. You don't get paid a cent if you work a shift and not a single call came through the line.

You can work as little as 15 hrs or 40 hours depending on what kind of job you need or hours you want. They have different clients to choose from so you decide who suits you best.
What is the best thing about LiveOps?
The best thing about LiveOps is this is totally 100% remote. It is basically YOUR business so YOU are your own BOSS. You set you hours/days that you are available to work. The down side is that the pay is based on talk time, which means you are only paid while interacting/talking with the customer. Also, most lines only pay up to .35 a min (talk time). If you do not receive any calls, you are not paid so you are logged in for free. I would say try to make sure that you find a line that is busy with lots of calls.

Typical workday consists of dealing with rude, horrible customers and being asked to perform a multitude of tasks for minimum wage. Hours come and go as they see fit, no steady income here.

It's nice to make your own schedule but the pay is not always what is expected. If the calls aren't coming in, you're not making money.

I really enjoy the flexibility of scheduling my own work hours with this company. Pay can be unpredictable though as you only get paid for the time you spend talking on calls. This means if calls are slow then u aren't making much money. Management is very supportive which any issues or questions.

Pay is by talk time only, so while you have to be committed to sit and wait for calls, you will not get paid between or of there are no calls. Also, training is unpaid and I’ve seen quite a few people complete many hours of training only to not get the job. If they had a base minimum pay it would be much more fair.
