Every year, as part of a fund-raising campaign to support AIDs Help, two local Key West residents are selected as the King and Queen of Fantasy Fest. This is a fun 8-week campaign that includes a singing competition, a rowdy Sunday BINGO, and a Saturday Red Shirt Run.
