Where will my final examinations be held?
Generally, your final examinations will be held in the regular classrooms. However, students should CONFIRM their examination date (s), time (s) and location (s) with their instructors PRIOR to final examination week.
What is the final exam schedule for non-traditional course sections?
While final exam blocks are not scheduled for non-traditional course sections, those that meet on the weekend or those that do not have a formalized class meeting day/time/location, best efforts are made to align the final exam schedule with the remainder of the master course schedule for the respective semester.
What is the deadline for instructors to submit final grades?
Instructors are to administer examinations during the scheduled period (exceptions approved by the Division Dean and Department Chair). Instructors are to submit final grades by May 20. The Registrar may request certain students’ grades in advance of this deadline.

How many days are final exams?
Each semester, final exams are scheduled over six, two-hour exam blocks on each of three days. While final exam blocks are not scheduled for non-traditional course sections, those that meet on the weekend or those that do not have a formalized class meeting day/time/location, best efforts are made to align the final exam schedule with the remainder of the master course schedule for the respective semester.
Can you have three final exams on the same day?
Students who have verifiable time conflicts for any final exam schedule or those who have three or more final exams scheduled on the same day may arrange for a make-up period through their course instructor.
