Good company to work with as far as hours
Job enabled me to work with a good schedule, fair pay, and basically was an easy job. Recruiters were always helpful with anything that me or my client needed.
A great opportunity to enter the healthcare field and provide care to those in need
I enjoyed working for GT Independence. I learned a lot of different skills being an in-home Caregiver.
My client is so awesome I enjoy spending time with him
Unfortunately I don't get any benefits at my job. That's the worst part about being a inhome caregiver. I get paid well for for job and I love my client so much.
Just okay
Can't get paperwork straight, always misplacing things, and getting pay late. If they misplace your trainings, you have to wait for your paycheck. They don't really seem to have everything together.
I feel like they take a large amount of my paycheck
Noticed just recently that all my checks have been about the same and that’s including this past month when I got more hours and a raise. But my paycheck diddnt seem to reflect that.
Family oriented
Very awesome job to work with for a great family oriented company. Who truly cares about there employees with great benefits and you can work remotely
It's okay if you don't mind never hearing from management
I worked as a caregiver. Your jobs and hours are determined by the patient you are assigned to, meaning difficulty varies a lot. Some days all I did was cook and talk with the patient, others they had me doing yard work and laundry. It's not terribly difficult but the pay could have still been better.
