When does registration open for the 2022 Summer Series events?

Players will compete in the division selected during membership registration and will be monitored by the GSGA staff to uphold the Correct Division Policy. Non-members may compete in a maximum of TWO Summer Series events and non-member tournament registration will open on May 4, 2022. Tournament registration for members will open in February.

In this vein, there are a variety of membership, division and tournament offerings to best suit the needs of each member.

Membership

GSGA Junior Tour membership is open to juniors of all skill levels between 5 and 18 who have not yet started college. We offer a variety of membership levels to meet the junior’s needs.

Tournaments

Our members have access to several tournaments throughout the year, including a Spring Series, Summer and Fall Series, Premier Player Series driven by MAADA, Team Series and a Skills Challenge Series.

The GSGA Junior Skills Challenge Championship will be held on the final-round day of the TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club on September 5 , 2021.

Who will advance to the Junior Skills Challenge?

The junior who accumulates the most points in their respective division at the end of each qualifier will automatically advance to the GSGA Junior Skills Challenge Championship at the TOUR Championship. The top-two juniors in their respective divisions who have accumulated the most points throughout the year-long Skills Challenge Series, and have not yet qualified based on their performance at the qualifiers, will also gain entry.

What is a fall series?

The Fall Series consists of single-day tournaments held on weekends from August through November. Non-members may compete in a maximum of ONE Fall Series event. A Fall Membership is available for juniors only interested in competing in the Fall Series or wanting to compete in more than one Fall Series event for a discounted membership rate of $49. Please see the GSGA Junior Tour Membership Page for more details. Players are placed in flights based solely on their age/gender. Any GSGA Junior Tour member is eligible to compete in the Fall Preview and tournament registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Medals are awarded to the top-3 finishers in each flight. Players will be ranked throughout the Fall Series based on their performance in order to gain entry into the Fall Invitational and be eligible for post-season honors. Can you select a junior golfer?

Players are able to select any junior golfer of the same gender as their partner. Teams are placed in flights based solely on the gender of their juniors.
