Goodwill offers a vision reimbursement plan which reimburses for $300 per covered member per year via the UMR Reimbursement Form. Preventative vision care is covered 100% for children with a limit of 1 “hardware” item per child per year. The prescription drug plan OptumRX is through UMR. Prices vary within the plan based on several factors.
