Does Garda care about bully tellers?
Garda does not care. A lot of tellers have pains such as carpal tunnel, pinched nerves, and arthritis, shoulder and neck pain from the repetitive work and management doesn't care, if you are in pain/hurt, its just PRODUCTION PRODUCTION PRODUCTION. You don't meet production, CUT. The equipment is always breaking every other day, its old as well. Management and leads bully tellers and try to use intimidation to get them to have faster productivity. There's a lot of favoritism, management will let A lead run the floor. You complain they will just look the other way, and let it continue happening. Management has let leads BULLY tellers FOR YEARS, and yet those same leads have remained in the company even letting them move up, in positions. They pay a cents more than minimum wage, you don't get major holidays off besides New Years Day, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving. They don't give bonuses and hardly any raises. If you make mistakes management will not let you know, they start giving you verbal warning and write ups, instead of helping you fix the problem. Breaks are supposed to be 15 mins but they are less since they want you at your work station by the 14th minute.
