Can you bring water into GalaxyCon?
The convention center technically does not allow outside food and beverage, however we have asked that they make exceptions for those with special dietary requirements and young children. If you leave the convention center for food, please eat it outside and do not bring into the convention center.

Get Involved
The Runway Costume Contest is a catwalk event for cosplayers of all skill levels and ages to showcase a costume. This is a lighthearted and fun contest for contestants and spectators. Pre-registration required in advance online or at the Cosplay Lounge the day of the event.

How early can you arrive for photo ops?
Please arrive for your photo op 5-30 minutes prior to the photo op scheduled time, however do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior. Arriving too early for your photo op causes problems and confusion! In most cases the optimal time to arrive at the queue is 5-10 minutes before photo op start time, however do not arrive late!
How to know if photo op schedule has changed?
Be sure to check and recheck the photo op schedule for any changes. You will know the schedule has changes if the revision number located at the top right (I.E. 1.3) of the schedule has changed.
Do session designations mean each guest will be at the same time as another guest?
Session designations do not mean each guest’s Session A will be at the same time as another guest’s Session A.
