Everyone works cooperatively to get the job done. There is always something to be done, and so the job is fairly varied - very little time to get bored, and only hectic for short periods - but then the time flies past.
Fast paced
I was a delivery driver, they made it sound like you would earn more money than you did. Extremely fast paced, system was easy to use, however you barely got any breaks.
The job is repetitive and boring
All of my shifts were 8-12 hours, 5 or 6 days a week. I had to self teach every skill in-store, including how to use the management systems. The workplace is often mundane and miserable, with most employees wishing to go home ASAP. Store Managers often have no HR experience and are barely competent in the English language.
