A resident may request an oversized brush and bulky trash collection once per calendar year to occur during one of their normal collection weeks by submitting a service request through the OurDallas mobile application, online, or by phone. The service request must be submitted the week before/prior to the residents scheduled brush/bulk collection week and can not be cancelled once submitted.
Can you collect tree and green waste separately?
Clean tree and green waste may be collected separately and taken to temporary processing sites nearby to expedite the overall collection process. Mixing or co-mingling storm debris will slow citywide collection efforts.
