Why are Chase branches short staffed?

A lot of the branches are short-staffed because people are either quitting or they called out and most of the people that I work with are thinking about leaving for good, including the manager. Also, I can’t speak for other companies on this issue but Chase has probably got one of the worst career advancement policies in the industry.
