Who was the scoutmaster in 1954?
Today we learned of a great loss in the scouting community. Scoutmaster for 1954 - Homero Rios - passed away as of this morning. He is survived by his wife Paula Rios and their three sons. A scouting family through and through. The family has received countless prayers and blessings throughout this process and cannot thank the community enough for their support. Homer will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. The scouting community will miss him immensely.
