Single Stream Recycling Program

The City of Andover has adopted a Single Stream curbside recycling program. This program is city-wide, and residents are encourage to recycle as much as possible to help protect our limited resources. Utilization of the program is optional, however all residents are billed a monthly recycling program fee. This fee is added to the city sewer bill.
