Snocross is BACK in West Fargo in 2022! Come enjoy watching snowmobile racing in the ISOC Amsoil Championship Snocross Series on February 4th and 5th! It is an exciting, fan friendly form of snowmobile racing that combines the jumps and action of motocross with the winter atmosphere.
When does the 2022 AMSOIL Championship Snocross season start?
The 2022 Season will begin in January, as it did in 2021 which gives teams ample time to ramp up during the heart of winter. For the second straight year, AMSOIL Championship Snocross will start its season after January 1 st, beginning with one of the sport’s biggest events.
Where is the next snocross race in 2023?
After the calendar flips to 2023, the series heads to Shakopee, Minn. January 13-14 for the Pirtek Snocross National. The annual trek to Canterbury Park has been a favorite for both fans and driver’s over the years thanks to its big jumps and spacious track.

The first stop will feature a return to Elk River, Minn. and ERX Motor Park. ERX hosted two national snocross events in 2021 and offered up one of the largest tracks in the sports history.

Shakopee showdown
This season kicks off in Shakopee, Minn., Jan. 7-8, as Elias Ishoel will begin his AMSOIL Pro Class title defense. The Norwegian phenom dominated his class last year, winning by 103 points.
Logan Christian to race out of the Scheuring trailer
Longtime Team AMSOIL member Steve Scheuring made a splash this summer when he signed Logan Christian to his team. The 29-year-old Minnesota native adds a successful veteran presence to Scheuring Speed Sports. He grabbed two podiums last season before an injury ended his campaign.

Where is the Amsoil Snocross?
Next, the circuit heads to the location that had typically wrapped up its season. The Amsoil Snocross National at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is a can’t-miss event for sledheads in the area. Aside from the great racing on the ski hill, it’s also usually a place to see most of next-year’s sleds unveiled. In 2022, the event will be March 18-19.
Where is the ERX Snocross race?
It starts with the ERX Snocross National at Elk River, Minnesota, on March 4-5. The ERX facility has become a Mecca for powersports of many types, but its roots are with snowmobile racing. It features the longest laps of the season, with excellent sight lines for fans and plenty of side attractions, creating a very festive atmosphere.
What is ISOC Amsoil Championship?
The ISOC Amsoil Championship Snocross series draws the best high-flying riders from across North American as well as Scandinavia to compete on bumpy courses on Arctic Cat, Polaris and Ski-Doo 600-class sleds. The high profile Pro and Pro Lite classes are bound to be hyper competitive this year, as some top drivers changed teams while others spent the entire summer preparing to up their game.
Where is Pirtek Snocross National?
It’ll start with a subtle copy of NASCAR racing by having its historically best attended, highest profile event first. Canterbury Park in the Minneapolis suburb of Shakopee, Minnesota, will host the Pirtek Snocross National, January 7-8. With seating indoors and out, coverage on countless TVs throughout the facility and a history that runs deep in the snocross world, Canterbury draws the masses. For the top Pro classes, there are complete programs each night.
Where is Ski Doo's hometown?
That should make area fans doubly hungry for action when the sky pilots race their February 18-19. And, for the record, this will also be the closest stop to Ski-Doo’s hometown in Quebec.
